The <A HREF="photovats.html" TARGET=RIGHTSIDE>stainless steel vats</A> are equipped with an automatic cooling system allowing for more controlled fermentation and storage of the wines.  This modern design is especially favorable for the white wines in that it preserves its more delicate aromas.

The winery also includes a completely modern <A HREF="photoreception.html" TARGET=RIGHTSIDE>reception</A> (including an <A HREF="photodestemmer.html" TARGET=RIGHTSIDE>automatic destemmer</A>), a <A HREF="photopresser.html" TARGET=RIGHTSIDE>pneumatic press</A>, a rotating filter, etc...
